Over the last 8 years our QuickBooks file has become a mess and there are many features it is clear we have not been using correctly.
I am looking for someone to do screen sharing with me to help cleanup the accounts and to show me how to properly use the different features in QuickBooks 2013 Pro to their best advantage for the industry we are in.
Excellent verbal English skills are a must.
We are in the internet sales industry with regular credit card settlements, so you must understand how to best classify these transactions in QuickBooks.
You will primarily be hired for your consulting and QuickBooks skills, with some minor administrative and accounting work. This should be an easy job for those that know what they are doing.
If job is done well, we may be interested in hiring in an ongoing position to manage our accounting.
