We are looking for a professional and experienced recruitment professional for hiring senior and mid-level managers for our hotel.
Employer: A five star hotel/ resort in Cyprus.
Recruiting: 10 senior, mid and entry level executives from December 12 to March 2013
You must have minimum of five years experience as a recruiter of HR professional.
A background in hotel/hospitality sector will be a plus.
You will write customized and detailed job profiles as per work opportunity and culture of our company. No template job profiles to be posted.
You will prepare competitive salary package, compensation for different levels based on competitive and current market conditions.
You will manage job ad postings.
You will manage job profile postings on our web site and manage the content of the recruitment site to provide all answers to applicants
You will prepare and manage job application forms, tests, aptitude exams
You will prepare the evaluation matrix and evaluate applicants to prepare short lists.
You will conduct written personalized interviews with shortlisted candidates.
English and other European languages.
