Job Description

Require engineering, technical design (process design engineering) in autocad 3D and drawings for 150 MegaWatt Integrated Combined Cycle Coal Gasification Power Plant with Mini Steel Mill. The process will utilize coal as feedstock and should be pulverized into the gasifiers. Coal gasification technology with fischer tropsch reactions, and with water shift reactions. The plant should produce by products of transportation fuels such as gasoline fuels and diesel fuels via the production of the syngas. The electric power generated by the plant will be used to produce steel via electric arc furnace.

I need the plans to fit into area of total 100 acres of land, The plant should have access to rail way, by train and truck the coal will be brought to the plant and the products of fuels will be shipped via trains on rail and on fuel trucks. The plant should have room for office space, parking for workers, and cafeteria, gym, lounge area.

I need to know the exact dimensions with cost basis of the plant component OEM parts and need to know how many workers would be required to work there and need to know how much coal would be required on daily basis to run the coal gasification plant and how much fuel would be produced in barrels per day on daily basis. How many tons of steel could be produced from the steel mini mill via electric arc furnace technology. How much scrap metal would be required and how or how much iron ore would be required to produce the steel.
