A terrific opportunity awaits the well-experienced multi-tasking Virtual Assistant. You will be assigned directly to a CEO of a growing all women success entrepreneurship organization. Her immediate preference is for the assistant to have an eye for finding decent stock photo images and some graphic design experience. The client is BIG on creating new images to match company colors and themes. She needs assistance in acquiring images for almost any new program that they introduce.

Pre-Qualifications and Must Haves:

*EXCELLENT WRITING SKILLS and SOLID CUSTOMER SERVICE/VIRTUAL ASSISTANT BACKGROUND EXPERIENCE IS A MUST

a. Americanized neutral accent with great communication skills:
Both Spoken and Written English
b. Energetic, Enthusiastic, Confident, Quirky, Professional, Honest
Personality, Proactive qualities
c. Superb call handling skills, inbound and outbound (possible cold calling
included with proper observation to Do Not Call lists and requests)
d. Excellent and dynamic writing skills
e. Selfstarter, Multitasker, Fast paced
f. Owns a secured PC at home with stable high speed internet
connection, positioned in a noisless background room, using a
noise-cancelling headset.
g. At least a four year degree holder
h. Able to bring in fresh ideas in the boardroom table
i. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Powerpoint, Google Docs
j. Excellent job history
* at least 2 years solid experience in CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WRITING
k. Proficient in daily office admin duties

1. Article writing and submission
2. Web content writing
3. Copywriting
4. Inbound and Outbound Client Calls (Definitely–No Cold Calls)
5. Linkbuilding
6. Client support via email/phone
7. Research and Idea Pooling
8. Blogging
9. Chat support
10. Social Media Marketing (LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook)
11. Email marketing
12. Appointment setting
13. Personal Tasks
14. May work during weekends (Only when needed-must be FLEXIBLE with schedule changes)
