At least 3 years of experience in the same position
Must be able to:
o Create and manage an internal and external ticketing system
o Examine, and create automated reporting for our process staff
o Evaluate and update our website, build in 24 hour chat feature
o Evaluate our client file system, ideally create an easier portal where clients can access any files or reports related to their workflow.
o Implement ISO 27001 standard and manage its upkeep. (Implementation will take between 3 and 6 months)
o Help build a Help Desk service that we can sell to existing and new clients
o Write policies and procedures
CISCO CCNA or CCNP certified is a plus.
Familiarity with call center operations is an advantage
Has the ability to troubleshoot and maintain applications, servers and workstations efficiently using various tools and systems
