We need IT recruiters (2) to work in US night and day shift. Few of the activities which may be performed as part of the assignment:
1. Resume/candidate sourcing and validation upon receipt of the Job description in detail with Location and other credentials
2. Validation and shortlisting as per the JD and evaluate the other Technical and non-technical credentials as desired.
3. Once the screening is done as per the JD and available resumes will be send for shortlisting.
4. Background verification for the shortlisted candidates.
5. Schedule interviews at the provided time and date as desired by the customer.
6. Handhold the candidates with USP of the Company, project details and other relevant information and negotiation for closing for the said position.
7. update the company database.
8. Telephone facility to call the candidates based in USA.
