Job Description

ISP position for Internet support plus customer services, sales, accounts, telemarketing, collections, other projects as per requirements.

The main role will be answering technical support calls from Internet customers with problems with broadband ADSL, emails, dialup, VoIP, web hosting, telephone lines, etc..

We require ONE staff member that is available during Sydney Australia time from 9 am to 7pm Monday to Friday (weekend shift may become available also but you will be notified).

Full training will be provided but experience in similar field is a MUST we require someone that has worked in similar position before (it will be great if you have worked for an Australian ISP before)

You will also need to have a minimum of 1.5Mbps Internet connection (cable preferred but DSL is fine)

Quite working environment, is essential as well so background noise such as noisy generators, cars, kids or animal noises will not be allowed.

Stable electricity is a must, if you keep losing electricity every couple of hours please do not apply (backup generator would be good option to have).
