Inventory, Order, Product Management API integration Solution
I need someone with experience with Inventory, Order, Product Management API integration Solutions. I will probably be using a platform http://solidcommerce.com/ or http://tradegecko.com. I am looking to integrate that platform with my woocommerce store. The platform itself has many functions of what I need which I will list below.
Specs needed for platform:
Orders- I think we should use the Trade Gecko Backend platform, we need to create the API’s and you need to speak to them to make sure that we can accomplish what is needed according to the specs below
We need the ability to have orders with a drop down menu with options of Awaiting Shipment, Awaiting Payment, Shipped, Completed, etc…., and once it is selected to a specific category (I.E. Shipped), then it will be moved ot that folder so we can easily see open orders, and orders of similar status.
We need the ability to print or email an invoice with a thumbnail of the designed product and the written product specs. Columns should include for each mask/area the fabric used and pics of front in one column and back in the other, and include monogramming instructions in diff columns like font, color, size, location
An advanced search tool to look for specific orders, whether based on state, country, date, order status etc….
Ability to refund an order easily from the drop down menu.
Ability to edit an order.
Need to be able to print invoice
Need to be able to email invoice to customer automatically
Need to be able to message customer from order on backend(order messages)
Order should sync with one of our shipping accounts such as Fedex or USPS and allow us just to print the shipping label from the drop down menu options with no additional steps (It should automatically calculate the weight of the shipment including the box). It needs to choose the best and cheapest shipping option for domestic & international shipping, and it should automatically fill all customs related docs for international shipping
Login for warehousing to be able to change status of orders. They would only be able to see certain customer info, and only certain info will be seen in their login. For instance they will not see customer emails under order summary and invoices/packing slips, etc…
We need to be able to add bulk csv uploader for fabrics. This will apply the fabric into parent category and subcategory. Anything not in this CSV will be deleted from the site.
We need to be able to put a cost on products into backend, so it can tell us how much we our net profits are on sales.
Also this should integrate with Freshbooks for accounting purposes.

Add payment method to ordering to accept all cc’s
Every time the status of the order is updated or changed, it should be visible from the customers account, and give us the ability to email the change as a notification to the customer.
