Job Description

We are looking for someone to provide phone and e-mail support for our Japanese customers. Native Japanese and excellent English are essential for this job. Ideally we would like this person to help with online marketing as well, which may include forum and social media posting in Japanese, translating of marketing material and so on. Some knowledge or experience in financial industry would be an advantage. Can start on a hourly rate of around $10 per our. Other arrangements or bonuses are possible, depending on the work load. We expect this job to become a permanent full time arrangement as we expect our Japanese customer base to grow.
