Linux email server deployment using atmail email server
We are looking for an linux server expert to assist us with an atmail deployment using mysql, centos, proxmox, nfs, and web server interface. See the URL's below for the deployment we are looking to put in. This is not a straight one to one but very close.
Servers include: (All servers will reside in a colocation rack with high speed internet.)
- mySQL server - Hp DL380 - Database (expand to 2 in cluster for
redundancy- Phase 2?) Possibly run SMTP/POP3 services here?? Mail stored elsewhere. Running CENTOS
- Openfiler running NFS (4TB) - Mail Storage for users (Expand to mirrored
storage - Phase 2) Of course this is much larger and we are looking to
expand up to 24+ GB as needs grow. Running Openfiler.
- Two Proxmox Servers - Running multiple instances (VM's) of the Web
Front End Interface for distributed access. These would also be the front end to SMTP and POP3 services. Redundant instances in case of
hardware failure that we can move the instance to the 2nd server. On these
web servers we are looking to perform webmail.domain1.com,
webmail.domain2.com, etc etc. - Running Centos on the VMHosts
The ideal candidate is familiar with technologies such as mysql, dovecot, nfs, centos, cluster, unison, rsync and DNS round robin to name a few.
Once configured and up and running, we would want the servers to be hardened and protected using fail2ban.
We are looking to deploy with remote assistance over the weekend of 12/21/12 to 12/23/12.
We will be hands on the equipment and provide remote access to the console of the servers for configuration.
Please provide your experience with the technologies listed and provide some examples of the work you have performed using the technologies listed.
Please provide an estimated number of hours (and or budget) to set up and configure the needed services.
