Hey, I'm drowning in tech support requests for my app and need some help. Something around 1-2-3 hours a day will probably be enough.
Here's the catch: the app is for web developers, so you'll be solving issues other developers have with my app. This means you need to have some web development skills.
Your job is to respond to the support tickets, doing the necessary investigation, asking me about any unknown stuff and writing Knowledge Base articles about common issues.
You obviously need very good written English skills.
