We are looking for customer support reps (2-3) to work on UK time zone (Shifts are from 8 am to 2 pm London and 2pm to 8pm London time).
REQUIREMENTS: (PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU MEET THESE)
1) EXCELLENT ENGLISH:
You must be either Native English speaker (American, Canadian, British, Australian) or close to Native (in case you are from Philippines or other countries). This job is not for people with hard accents.
There is loads of work (phone, email, chat support simultaneously) so you must 1) have experience in multitasking 2) have tech/customer support experience 3) must be able to deal with irate customers and not get stressed easily.
3) TECH SAVVY:
The product you will be supporting is a technical product. Even though you do not necessarily need to have tech support experience but you must be tech savvy.
You must be available to work on UK hours. Shifts hours have been mentioned above.
- Must have at least 3 mb internet.
- Must have at least 1 mb back up connection (if possible)
- Power back up should be there (if possible)
- Noise cancelling headphone or a Normal good one
6) WORK ETHIC:
It is very important that you have proper work ethic. Do not apply if:
- If you already have a full time job.
- If you have your own thing going on.
- If you jump from one job to another for a small raise.
- If you have a criminal background
Your will sign a contract which will have a non-exclusivity as well as NDA clause. Our legal team will go through your background, employment history, references and then you will be signed onto this project.
First month under this contract will be probation and after that you will be on a permanent position.

Pay: Will start off with $4 per hour exclusive odesk fee and then in six months, you will receive your first pay which will increase your pay to $5 per hour inclusive odesk fee. From there onwards, the increase will depend on many factors but we will try our best to give one increment each year.
