Looking for Serious and Excellent English Speaking (British Accent preferred)

General Purpose:

Interact by phone with particular area taxi cab firms to offer and confirm free trials, make appointments, collect information or conduct follow-up.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Contact particular area UK cab firm businesses by phone
• Deliver prepared sales scripts to persuade potential customers to make a decision and sign up for our free trial service.
• Describe our services
• Respond to questions
• Obtain customer information
• Obtain possible customer leads and filter them
• Data entry and maintenance of customer/potential customer data bases
• Follow up on initial contacts
• Maintain records of telephonic interactions and sign ups.

Education and Experience:

• Proficient in relevant computer applications
• Good keyboard skills
• Knowledge of sales principles and methods
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Knowledge of call center telephony and technology
• Appointment Setting Experience
• Extravagant Marketing Skills
