This role will involve advising the management team in relation to developing the organisation as a opportunity for capital investors.
• Demonstrated strong experience in M&A for a minimum of 18 months from a top tier investment bank or corporate advisory firm
• Hands on experience in financial modelling, valuations and pitch book presentations
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
•Proven academic record
