Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking to recruit Mandarin speaking Call Center Specialists who are fluent in English with a proven track record in this field.
We are looking for candidates with experience in making phone calls to clients and who possess exceptional customer service experience. The candidates must be willing to start ASAP on a long term basis.

The job offer will be on Part-time and Full time basis with candidates working during Sydney hours (UTC+10). Rates of payment will be negotiated with Successful candidates.

REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must have a good computer with a high speed and reliable internet connection
• Candidate must be smart, intuitive, hard working and able to work in our fast paced, exciting virtual environment.
• Candidate must be willing to work in different time zones.
• Candidate must have a good knowledge of at least MS-Office and strong internet skills.
• Candidate must have experience in call-center management, cold-calling, call-handling and virtual-assistant-skills
• Candidate must have a strong drive to succeed.

• Candidate MUST take some or all of the following test or will be instantly disqualified:
• U.S. English Basic Skills Test
• Email Etiquette Certification
• Call Center Skills Test
• Telephone Etiquette Certification


The following test will be an added advantage:
• English Spelling Test (U.S. Version)
• English Vocabulary Test (U.S. Version)
• U.S. Word Usage Test
• Outbound Sales Skills Test
• Selling Skills Test
• Office skills
• MS tests
