You are familiar with MYDESKTOP data base system...
You can enter , modify and update contacts understanding how to navigate around this program
You can set up categories, action plans and forward communication etc.
You will be able to receive word documents that you can modify to the requirements for autofill for example change John smith to $$firstname$$ $lastname$$ etc
Even if you don't now the program its easy but i'm looking for someone that work efficiently and accurately on this program. you know the old saying garbage in /// garbage out.
letters and plans for vendor management, anniversaries and prospecting...
Happy to pay hourly or fixed...
You may/ it would be an advantage if you have sales and buyer management understanding where you could ad value by implementing the set up and dialogue into these letters etc.
An Action plan consists of letters and sms reminders that pop up over a 1to 12 month period .
More will be explained to the right candidate. The hours in the plan could be less or more depending on your level of knowledge and how far I can take my ideas with your skill set.
