NOC Engineer Level 3


Job Description

The role of NOC Engineer Level 3 will be to provide technical support and consultation by phone and email to our internal and external customers. This role will interact with all levels within our client organizations, and provide typical level two and level three supports for all clients. This role will also provide on-call, and after-hour emergency response; and other duties as assigned

A successful individual will be able to ensure customer expectations are not only met, but are exceeded; able to quickly learn new technologies and stay current ; and be able to manage multiple competing priorities.
