We need a support specialist to help us with out support desk.
You'll be managing customer's expectations, responding to questions and (if necessary) complaints, and giving them a great customer support experience.
The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and can spend at least an hour every day going through our support tickets.
You'll need to familiarize yourself with our product line, but that'll be pretty easy to do.
