USA based company (you will have to pass a technical test that includes hands on demonstration of your troubleshooting capabilities; you will also have a skype interview) is in need of Computer Support Team /Individual able to provide remote assistance to end user for: Microsoft operation systems and products (Windows 7, XP, Vista, 2003 Desktop systems; Microsoft - Small Business Server, Server 2003 to current version, Server 2003 to current, Exchange 2003 to current version, Active Directory) also knowledge of setup and repair of network routers and switches. Additionally, knowledge on Anti-Virus and virus removal, SPAM, SpyWare, SmartPhone support (Android, iPhone, BlackBerry) etc...Should be able to resolve most operating system, networking, hardware, and non-application specific problems; they also, must speak, write, read English very well and be available (on call) from 8am – 5pm EST (USA New York city time) Mon – Fri. They should also have VM Ware technical experience (cloud software support) .
