Job Description

We are a software company and looking for a support representative that can support our customers. The support representative will join our existing support team.

Preferred Candidate location: North America.
Work location: From home.
Work hours: During work hours EST to PST. We will start with a limited number of hours and extend it based on the candidate capabilities.

Additional tasks (based on candidate skills):
We will provide additional tasks that involves writing, documentation, quality assurance, etc. All related to the supported software. The candidate need to learn the software and be able to help customers with implementation of the software in their site.

Requirements:
Highly experienced and knowledgeable in operating systems, network configuration. A candidate with experience in organizational IT support and administration is prefered.
Ability to quickly learn software systems.
Great customer service skills and attitude.
Problem solving skills.
Perfect English communication skills.
Ability to write technical documentation and perform quality assurance (experience in that is a benefit).
Must have a quiet work environment that allows customer support calls.
Must have a fast internet connection.
