Position description:
Hilliard Management Group has an immediate full time opening for a responsible Office Manager for its growing consulting business. The job will include managing daily schedules and projects, and supporting business development, accounting, human resources and information technology tasks.

Qualifications:
Responsible, self-motivated, enthusiastic, detail -oriented professional individual with excellent communication and writing skills and ability to meet deadlines. Degree in Economics or Finance preferred. A minimum of 2 years experience in office management and related positions. Working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, and Excel is required. Applicant must be able to work between 8:00am to 4:00pm US Pacific time. Candidates from Canada and Texas are preferred.
