Job Description

Looking for Technical Support Representatives (part time) who could troubleshoot computers remotely. Agents would be handling common problems like Viruses/Spywares/Malwares, computer error messages, software problems, internet connection problems and a lot more. Agents would also be responsible for doing follow ups with customer within a 2 week period to ensure customer satisfaction.
Agents would be contacted for a project and they would be working on a project based/ commission based system (percentage of total company earning per project). Payment would be given after the 2 week customer satisfaction guarantee. After 10-15 projects, Agents are entitled for evaluation which could increase their percentage..
