I need my CRM fully integrated into my website. We are currently using Magento and are looking to replace that with a custom cart while using OrangeCRM. The API can be found here:
• Setup functioning cart with all Authorize.net and NMI gateways using API.
• Import current customers and users into CRM
• Setup up all billing plans for the products we have.
• Setup Issuebreeze within CRM for techs and agents.
A customer backend section
• It will make them a username password when they buy product.
• An area for them to login- see billing/order info
• An area for customer to create help tickets on issues that will create ticket in issuebreeze in crm.
There will be long term work in maintaining and adding features to our website.
