Tech Support Outbound
Work Description Sales of tech support packages for the US Market
Industry Vertical PC Tech Support
Outbound 10 Seats (8-10 Hrs. US Timings, 6 days a week)
Payout USD 8 Per Hour Per Agent on a target of 2 SPD(if not achieved, then the center will be paid 25% flat commission on total Revenue)
Approx. Billing $15500
Dialing Hrs. US Zone [Initially center get one shift for US Zone, if perform well, can run 3 shifts [24/7].
Contract 1 yr extendable to 3 yrs.
Training Shall be provided.
Payment Cycle Fortnightly (every 15 days)
Center will be given inbound for the same process If the center is able to achieve a minimum target of 3 SPD per agent for 3 consecutive months.
The center can opt for 24*7 operations if the center achieves the target of 4 SPD per agent for 3 months.
Advance payments shall be allotted for the inbound project.
