Job Description

I am looking for an individual to help us with outbound customer service calls.

The calls are "Welcome Calls" and you will be asking scripted questions to ask them about their initial experience using our smartphone app.

To apply, you must have an excellent command of English, with a clear to understand accent. You will also need to have a dependent high-speed Internet connect in order to make the call via SkypeOut.

Please response with you past experience in a similar role.
