Job Description

Develop an outbound call system which sequentially dials individuals, asks for authentication (4 digit), then gives customized message for them, then gives options for transfer to call center or updating record using keypad.

Calls need to be recorded, and must be sequential, ie, do not move on to next outbound call until current one is completed.

Need to log when human answers, voicemail, or no answer, as well as digits entered by recipient, duration of call, etc.

Open to discussing platforms for this.

Our call center cannot accept hundreds of transfers at one time, and hence, must be sequential

ultimately, the application should scale to multiple threads.

database for this will be SQL server 2008.
