I'm looking for help in creating a simple outlook form I can distribute to my team which will allow them to capture sales leads.
The form should be based on the contact form with the following additional fields
5 x tick boxes with labels
1 x numeric box
A text field to capture unstructured data which is the description of the opportunity.
I would also like to have automated routing o that when sent, it sends it to a shared mailbox on our server.
Once in the mailbox, I want to be able to import that data into Salesforce using a commercial import tool
This is our first time looking at odesk outsourcing and this is a small peice of work to test the waters. There's more to follow if this works.
