Job Description

I am a full-time Internet marketer and I need some part-time help.

Primary task will be answering customer support tickets (login info, order status, refunds, etc.) Number of tickets varies but estimate 1 hour per day or less.
All tickets need to be answered in under 24 hours except on weekends (just login, check and reply to tickets online)

Secondary task will be general admin support - from updating websites to basic research to creating powerpoint slides and more. (basic FTP, HTML skills preferred and CSS a big +)

I am looking for someone professional, reliable, independent, and committed--this is a long term role that may grow into something larger if we are both happy. (I have a lot of projects and growth planned so the job can expand)

I am very easy to work with and will help you get up to speed but I have a lot to do myself so it's important you can learn and be able to do the tasks without constant help after some time (if I need to babysit or keep explaining the same thing 10 times it's not helping me)

I want you to take initiative and be flexible--as a "1 person show" there are always tasks that need to be done that vary so what you do each day may change.

In return for your effort + commitment, I will help you develop in any way I can--I have been a full-time Internet marketer for 5+ years so you will learn a lot about Internet marketing and running a business as my 'apprentice.'

Also, as I said this role can grow--I really need a "right hand person" that I can trust to get things done and if that's you you'll be rewarded for it.

You'll also have Instant Messaging communication with me so if you have questions I am always here to help.

This is an hourly contract position - I can guarantee you 5 hours per week minimum and most often it can be 10 or more. I need a firm commitment to at least handle the customer support daily--if there are days you cannot do extra work that's fine - there may be days I don't have extra anyway. But the support must get done.

Please quote hourly rate, preferred number of hours per week, what skills you have (FTP, HTML, CSS, Powerpoint, Photoshop, etc.), + when you can start.
