You will work for a Indie Artist & owner of the boutique record label who offers concert performances., Corporates, Speaking engagements, music performance coachings, and private lessons. Anything and everything that has to do with Music & Entertainment industry. If you can’t do a specific job, tell me, then find a specialist who can do THAT task. If you are not Filipino, do not send your job inquiry.
- 5-20 hours a week to start (Request more hours for ongoing projects)

Qualities I will expect from my VA:

3. A strong work ethic – this is essential. Persistent.

5. " To Do" attitude, we don’t want crafty excuses, or medical excuses- we’ve heard them all.
6. Excellent English Speaking VA, who has the confidence to make calls to potential clients. (these wont be long calls, you will be acting as an initial connector. We do the in depth talking, not you.)
7. VA who talks to me and speaks up when necessary- I am not always right. A VA who is always looking for a better/smarter way, looking way into the future.

Your responsibilities:

- Making calls to potential clients/talent buyers.
- Writing professional emails and editing in English (only when needed ).
- Internet savy , for in depth researches , using the Internet or other information databases into companies.
- Use team viewer to access my computer for various needs/files on as needed basis.
- Available on Skype on agreed timings. PST, USA.
- All tasks that can be performed online
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant preferred
- Broadband Internet connection
- Strong understanding/using of Internet and online communication tools
- Ability to multitask and take on multiple projects
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Email (Gmail & Round cube) organizing/handling/management.
- Proficiency of using various MS Office Applications
- Data entry /handling contacts & distribution list in Outlook 2003.
• Must be highly organized and detail oriented- but also have the common sense to know when enough is enough.
- Google+, iphone, iCloud, Social Media and blog management
• Good marketing skills and background will be highly regarded
• Experience with content management of websites through either HTML, Dreamweaver, or various CMS is a plus. If you have Wordpress skills, it is a plus.

- With minimum of 1 years of Virtual Assistance role or similar relevant position
- Must be accessible online during office hours and some off hours (flexible,10am – 11pm, PST, USA)
- Ability to talk and discuss pitfalls, blocks, unexpected problems with me, so I can give you solutions.
