Job Description

I am looking for a Virtual Assistant that would be available for the Pacific Time Zone to help me manage my daily schedule, including: client meetings, managing direct reports, customer service, project management, creating quotes/proposals, web research, data entry, proofreading, managing CRM system, managing sales pipeline, and writing web content and blog posts.

The hours the contractor needs to have availability are 9am to 5pm PST, Monday through Friday. A north american, central american, or south american contractor is preferred. Contractor requirements

You need to be able to speak, read, and write perfect English (bilingual spanish speaker preferred, but not required). You must have experience in providing general customer service, project management, and be VERY organized. You must have above average computer skills and also be familiar with the following software: Microsoft Office (including Outlook & Publisher) Google, and Skype. Experience in using Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, X-lite, graphic design and providing telephone technical support are a plus.
