Job Description

I am looking for an Administrative Assistant who can work in the Pacific Time Zone to help me manage my daily schedule, including:
client meetings, managing client ivoices, investor meetings, hunting down client and investor contact information and business travel.
Other tasks include project management, invoicing, web research, data entry, proofreading, managing sales pipeline, and drafting content and blog posts.

The hours needed are variable and will change depending on workload and work ethic. You will have a huge advantage over other contractors if you can work weekends as well.The company is in the website and mobile app design industry so familiarity with this industry is preferred.

Contractor requirements

You need to be able to speak, read, and write perfect English (native speaker preferred, but not required). You must also be familiar with the following software: Microsoft Office, Basecamp, Raven Tools, Google and Skype, Redmine, Cpanel.
