Job Description

Personnal assistant for travel tour operator general manager, helping with administrative and web issues.

Typical task (not exhaustive)

- using mainly google document (spreadsheets, document, presentation)
- reading/group/handle information and travel programs
- building, reading, handling our knowledge base (
- handling the answering machine (skype) , contacting people for appointment
- web research on any topics
- google presentation creation on different topics
- diaporama creation

Requested skills:

- Highly independent, able to find solution by your own
- ability to prioritize task
- curious and very customer service oriented
- interest in marketing developpement (basic)
- attention to details in text and organisation
- effective and fast in work
- very good english (written and spoken)
- very good knowledge of google docs
