Job Description

Customer Support Representative:

We are a stable company with over 10 years of experience that serves business customers in the U.S. and Canada. We pride ourselves on FRIENDLY, KNOWLEDGEABLE customer service. We are looking to add a sales agent to our staff to help take calls during our off-hours and emails/quotes/live support during some of our hours.

Here is what we are looking for. Please reply back with your skype contact as well:

1. FLUENT English with little or no accent
2. Great experience with American culture.
3. Intelligence. Can have a meaningful conversation with client.
4. Reliable, ethical, and trustworthy.
5. Available during hours of:
Preferred: 8AM-10AM New York and 2PM-8PM New York
Possible: 12PM-8PM New York or 2PM-10PM New York
