Project Manager- For Workshop/Seminar Division
We are super excited about the launch of our workshop/seminar division for our firm and need a Superstar to help lead the way to success! Opportunities like this do not come along very often.
Ability to work remotely for 90% of your time. This is a Independent Contractor arrangement.
This person will be responsible for the development, execution and overall management of the Online Client marketing function for our newly launched workshop programs (in the plastic surgery and dermatology specialty). Program/ Seminar project management experience a plus
We are looking for someone with high energy, expertise and passion for the online marketing arena to effectively market our direct-to-consumer business.
MUST be a outside the box thinker, in fact that box is no where in sight!
The successful candidate will identify and develop programs that ensure strategies effectively reach and engage prospective members through the primary online channels of: paid search engine marketing (SEM), organic search (SEO), email marketing, online partnerships, affiliate development, social/viral networking and other emerging channels
The focus of this role is to improve, grow and optimize existing online marketing channels while developing new programs to contribute to the company’s growth
The candidate will have proven success in strategy development, consumer direct response marketing, online media planning/buying, negotiation and team leadership; this requires innovation and experience in emerging technologies to complement traditional online acquisition programs and direct response programs
Candidate will be responsible for assessing and managing workshop costs in relation to both budget objectives and consumer lifetime value
Also responsible for identifying gaps/areas of opportunity and providing key data-driven insights to influence strategic decisions across our client’s practices
Develop and implement online campaigns with specific attention aimed at generating qualified leads, ensuring conversion of traffic to our online registration (and related success factors) and overall effectiveness of online advertising and marketing efforts
Campaign efforts should include regular marketing to both prospects and existing customers with offers, ads, landing pages, promotions and e-mail
Conceive and conduct tests of offers, creative, landing pages, etc. to maximize conversion and new membership sales
Monitor all campaign results (via web analytics and promotion tracking), analyze key metrics, and optimize click-through conversion
Own measurement, reporting & forecasting of online membership acquisition activities
Create and update daily, weekly and monthly statistical and key metric reports to monitor results and trends
Provide feedback and analysis to owner and other business functions
Manage relationships with top vendors, partners and third-party service providers at a strategic level
Keep pace with emerging online trends to increase effectiveness of marketing and advertising programs
Leverage modeling and analytics to optimize member acquisition programs
Monitor Sales agents success on reach out campaign. Assist owner with recruitment.
Organize program details, assist speaker where needed.
2 years of online consumer marketing experience
Recent management experience focusing on online customer acquisition marketing and exposure to analytics using Omniture, Google Analytics, Optimizely, Optimost, WebTrends, and/or Coremetrics helpful
Extensive online marketing and lead generation background with solid understanding of web site best practices, online marketing principles, direct response marketing measurements, and consumer behavior
Resourceful problem solver with strong analytical and financial skills including creation of ROI, acquisition cost, and lifetime value analysis
Ability to analyze data and produce actionable, measurable information and strategies
Willing to consider recent college graduate with degree in marketing
