We are in need of an Administrative Assistant with high level knowledge and experience in using QuickBooks.

Responsibilities:
The qualified applicant will be working on various administrative tasks including intermediate accounting work using QuickBooks.
You will need:
• A good command of the English language. (Verbal and Written)
• Relevant experience required.
• Ability to multi-task.
• A go getter attitude that can work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
• Must be a long term opportunity seeker with high regards to work excellence.
• Technical Savvy
• Excellent knowledge of QuickBooks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy (CPA’s are preferred)

Additional Requirements:
• Full-time availability during US hours.
• High speed internet connection and headset.

Pay: $3 - 4 per hour depending on your skills and qualifications.

We have hired close to 800 workers from oDesk in the last two years and if you join our company, you will set foot on a long term opportunity with various growth options. We may start you off part time but we will definitely get you full time within a month or so. You need to be serious, punctual, hardworking and ethical to be able to last long in our company.
