Collateral Management provides nationwide appraisal management services. Our service is needed and wanted by residential loan officers, mortgage brokers and lenders of all sizes. The company is run by mortgage veterans who understand the needs and wants of our customer base and have themselves worked in sales and management for most of their careers. We are actively seeking sales professionals targeting all 50 states.

Sales Consultant

A sales consultant with Collateral Management will call on clients, loan officers, brokers and lenders, via telephone and email, to acquire residential appraisal business. Collateral Management offers a comprehensive web portal for ordering and delivery of completed appraisal work and meets all requirements for HVCC certified and FHA appraisal work. The amount of business available from each client depends on their size and the relationship you create with that client.
