The Inside Sales Representative will send out E-Mail and make cold calls to prospects nationwide while reading from a script with the goal of setting an appointment for a formal sales presentation. You will be in charge of developing and maintaining long-term relationships with loan officers, mortgage brokers, bankers and service managers to meet and exceed goals. You will be responsible for finding opportunities for the National Sales Manager and for developing their own opportunities. You will also be responsible for managing their named accounts as well as continually prospecting for new business. This position requires an exceptional phone voice. Exceptional sales, communication, negotiation, organizational and follow-up skills are necessary.
Phone sales by cold calling prospects (average 40 calls per day)
Meet and exceed goals by developing and maintaining long-term productive relationships with mortgage brokers, bankers and appraisal services
Track and manage prospects
Develop and maintain relationships
Support customers and National Sales Manager
Maintain daily, weekly and monthly productivity standards
Assist with sales/marketing and administrative projects as needed
Exceptional phone voice and extraordinary customer service skills
Self-motivated and adaptable
Excellent written communication skills
Ability to make cold calls and prospect new clients
Typing skills 40 plus WPM
Solid Microsoft Word, Excel, and Internet skills
