Job Description

Real Estate Broker & Owner of Two EXIT Realty Franchises located in Virginia
#1 focus for me is recruiting new agents
#2 focus for me is Managing agents

Personal Real Estate Business (of my own in addition to Owning the Real Estate Companies)
#1 Focus Lead Generation for Sellers, List Their home and Manage the transaction to close
#2 Focus Manage the buyers that call in, refer them to other agents for referral Fee
#3 Focus Recruit agents into the company, where I receive residual earnings for everything they independently sell.

What I need Help with is: EVERYTHING ELSE that is required so that I can focus on those things listed above.
- All Administrative, Inputting listing into MRIS
- Initial listing marketing including posting listing to EXIT specific program (E-Listings)
- posting to craigslist
- Twitter
- Linked-in
- Activerain and a number of other sites)
- Ordering sign (online)
- Using online EXIT Specific program (Promoshop) to prepare brochure, send e-blast of Just Listed cards to database in place.
***ALL MARKETING to be done weekly, with email to client (on behalf of me)***

Once offer is received, Pre-closing transaction cordination is required including
- Order Home Owners Documents
- Order Termite Inspection
- Email Closing company ratified contract, seller, buyer agent and file in dropbox folder I already in place
- Email seller closing information sheet to be filled out or cordinate with closing company with closing date and time, per my instructions
***additional step with Short Sale Listing- includes collecting data from seller and sending to Mr. Allen WU (short sale attorney) to work the backend short sale processing with the bank). Virtual assistant duties here are simply to send information/ documentation to the atty, the atty does all the negotiation, correspondence with the bank etc.

Post Closing to be done
- Send followup email to client (on behalf of me)
- Send hand written note card or via to client as after closing note
- Call client within 1 week of closing for written testimonial
- Place testimonial on my website and blog it to: Twittter, linked-in, activerain and (my personal short sale website)
- order a gift of some kind to be sent to client 3 weeks from closing
- set client up in Promoshop with drip campaign already in place (for after seller closed on home, drip campaign)

**Start the entire process over again for each client, each client is treated absolutely the same, gets the same process***
