We are GTeam FZ LLC, and we are looking for six types of Recruiter Specialists. We need one in Japan, one in Germany, one in France, one in Italy, one in Finland, and one in Software Engineers. Or maybe that last is more of a state of mind than a sovereign state. Well, whatever. We need one of each.

The Recruiter Specialist – Japan should live in Japan and be fluent in Japanese and English.

The Recruiter Specialist – Germany should live in Germany and be fluent in German and English.

The Recruiter Specialist – France should live in France and be fluent in French and English.

The Recruiter Specialist – Italy should live in Italy and be fluent in Italian and English.

The Recruiter Specialist – Finland should live in Finland and be fluent in Finnish and English.

The Technical Recruiter – Software Engineers should live somewhere in the real world and be fluent in programming languages and English. This type should also be familiar with technical job boards (you get bonus points if you have existing accounts to recruit from) and popular technical blogs and communities.

Wherever you are, you need management experience in recruiting.

What we want you to do is handle a variety of recruiting tasks for GTeam FZ LLC's unique recruitment model. Right now that means:

Seek out qualified candidates through resume job banks and other sources. You will be looking for highly technical or unique candidates for specific jobs (mostly bilingual, technical, or engineering) within your assigned country.
Convince the prospective candidate it is a good job (shouldn’t be too difficult; we think we’re a pretty good place to work!)
Invite and process candidates through the recruitment process.
Process the candidates into testing as soon as possible (delays could be annoying).
Keep the pipeline tracker updated.


For all six types of Recruiter Specialists, we pay $5/hour ($200 fixed-price payment for a trial job if that trial leads us to hire you). We work with you through one of several approved staffing and payment platforms which will charge a percentage fee on your gross earnings, but you understand how those are. For United States citizens and permanent residents, we pay $12/hour because we have to cover W-2 processing.

What else you’ll need for the job:
Speak English. Write English. Not just barely, but capably enough to “talk technical”.
Video Skype capability, webcam, and you know how to use them to talk with us and do daily work.
Up to 40 hours per week available for this job – it is offered as either a full time or part time position.

How to qualify:

Show us who you are. We need verifiable identification, online skills tests, and a brief Skype video interview. Sorry, this part is not paid, but it won’t last more than a week, and if you’ve got the motivation, you’ll be done in a few hours.
Try out the job. During a one-week fixed-price trial assignment, prove to us that we should give you the job. If you can’t do the assignment, you will be released from the trial phase without payment. But we’re looking for progress and dedication; if you show that, we may have other positions in GTeam FZ LLC for you even if you don’t get the assignment quite right.
