Basic knowledge on VoIP technology
Technical knowledge in equipment assembly & repair
Advanced knowledge in SO Win XP, 7, Server 2003
Technical knowledge in webs (structure and cable work as well)
85% or higher English level

2. Has worked in a similar position before.

About the company
We are customer service call center with headquarters in California, US and San Jose, Costa Rica. We have been operating independently since 2007 and have successfully contracted remotely for the past 16 months. We are looking to fill this position for one of our clients.
