Biztek Solutions is a small IT service company located in Riverside, CA. We are currently looking for 1-3 on-call remote support technicians that can be available from 8am-5pm Pacific Time.
Job duties will include phone and remote tech support via LogMeIn or LogMeIn Rescue. You will be assisting various business customers with technical support issues ranging from email problems, network issues, print problems, virus removal, workstation and server admin tasks, software support - Quickbooks, MS Office, ACT, etc.
Service tickets will be generated and tracked via ZenDesk for which you will be notified via phone or email. Excellent phone skills are required as you will be speaking with our customers to fully understand the problem and be sure the problem is resolved to the customers' satisfaction.
If you have your own LogMeIn Rescue (or similar) account that is a huge plus in your favor. Also, most of our customers are preconfigured with LogMeIn access and upon hiring, you will be granted access to our account that contains connections to customer computers and servers along with their complete network documentation and passwords.
This job will start out as needed with only a couple hours of work, but as you gain our trust and demonstrate your capabilities, your workload will increase.
