Renewals Sales Representative - Fulltime assignment


Job Description

This is an inside sales position. Applicants must have experience selling to assigned customers. This role will focus on selling software maintenance renewals. Candidates with software experience are preferred.

Job Duties

1. Work with assigned customers to sell software maintenance renewals
2. Create maintenance renewal quotes within the pricing guidelines provided using standard Microsoft Excel quote template
3. Make and receive calls from customers to negotiate renewals
4. Follow scripts provided to handle customer objections
5. Work with assigned inside sales representative to answer customer questions and resolve any customer concerns that may arise
6. Work with customer contacts to identify any additional opportunities and pass any identified opportunities on to assigned inside sales representative
7. Submit accepted quotes to Sales Operations for processing
8. Maintain records of conversations with customer contacts

Requirements and skills:

1. Language Skills
a. English – Fluent reading, writing, and speaking (We will give a test to potential candidates)
b. Desirable Language Skills – not required but nice to have: Spanish, French, German or Russian

2. Technical Skills: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Google Docs, Google Spreadsheets and Email

3. Sales Skills
a. Experience with outbound and inbound software sales highly desirable
b. Confidence, poise, and ability to stick to the script
c. Grace under pressure
d. Ability to establish rapport and build productive relationships with customers

Must be able to make calls via Skype.
