- Manage / Route Phone Calls (Inbound Calls)
- Perform Customer Callbacks (Outbound Calls)
- Twitter Updates
- Facebook Updates
- Foursquare Updates
- Social Medial Updates
- Blog Updates
- Customer Interaction
- Order Processing
- Marketing & Content Generating
- Lead Generation
You MUST be able to speak, write and understand the English language clearly. You MUST be able to speak good, clear English. We don't mind a small / minimal accent, however people with middle east accents will not be considered.
The position may include other tasks and may vary from day to day, depending on business needs.
