WE HAVE MANY LARGE CONTRACTS WITH "BIG PLAYERS" IN THE USA BUT WE FEEL THAT WE NEED TO "BROADEN" OUR SALES BASE AND TO SEEK SOME SMALLER CUSTOMERS ( SMALL RETAIL JEWELRY CHAINS / DEPARTMENT STORES WITH JEWELRY OUTLETS / ONLINE SELLERS / WHOLESALERS / ETC... ) BOTH TO REDUCE OUR RISK FACTOR AND TO EXPAND OUR CUSTOMER BASE. THESE NEW POSITIONS ARE KEY TO THE SUCCESS OF THIS STRATEGY.
FOR NOW WE NEED ONLY TWO OPERATIVES.
THE OPERATORS WILL BE TASKED WITH WEB RESEARCH TO IDENTIFY AND LOCATE THESE POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS AND THEN AFTER CONSULTATION WITH MYSELF ( AS TO THE BEST WAY FORWARD WITH EACH PROSPECT) THE OPERATORS WILL BE TASKED WITH MAKING CONTACT AND OBTAINING FULL CONTACT INFORMATION FOR EACH PROSPECT.
THE OPERATORS SUCCESS WILL BE BASED UPON TWO KEY ELEMENTS, THEIR ABILITY TO FIND GOOD NEW PROSPECTS AND THEIR ARE ABILITY TO OBTAIN SPECIFIC CONTACT NAME, EMAIL ADDRESS, POSITION WITHIN COMPANY AND DIRECT TELEPHONE NUMBER.

I AM IN THE PROCESS OF PUTTING TOGETHER A COMPLETE TRAINING PLAN COVERING ALL ASPECTS OF THE OPERATORS WORK.
The work would begin on a "managed project" basis perhaps only 4 hours per day but it will be our intention to get both operatives working full eight hour shifts as quickly as possible. In the initial stages - we would be we wanting calls to be made between the hours of 10am and 6pm US Eastern Seaboard Time. We are anticipating that this strategy will be successful and that it has the real potential to expand.
