We are 2 separate companies that share office space and an employee. We need an IT Consultant to assist with set up of Google Apps for the following functionalities:
1. Review existing document storage solutions, business requirements and implement cloud based document storage solution.
2. Review current email services and deploy integrated, cloud based corporate email and calendar solution.
3. Review your requirements to document, record and retain customer contacts and build a custom solution for this functionality.
4. Provide detailed training on how to leverage the tools to increase and improve productivity.
5. Provided detailed training on collaboration techniques to effectively manage projects and tasks.
6. Create office Intranet for sharing of documents and comments.
On completion of the above, we will ensure the following outcomes are delivered within 2 weeks:
1. Ability to send emails from your corporate account anywhere and on any device
2. Ability to schedule calendar meetings,
3. Ability to save and retrieve your files anywhere and on any device.
4. Ability to document and retain customer interactions
5. Ability to utilize Intranet for company use.
Note that one is a PC and one is a MAC user.
