We need to setup a Call Center with preference with Asterisk software. This is what we need:
1- We need to setup 10 different IP phone numbers.
2- Each phone number will need a different IVR message or Welcome Message.
3- We need 40 extensions.
4- We want to setup a softphone and IP phones. When someone receives a call the softphone or IP phone need to notify or identify from which phone number the call is coming from.
5- We need to create department for the IVR with queue.
6- We need a console panel or administrative panel to see statistics and reports about the call center.
