Single, simple project of zXing barcode SDK integrated into Corona Enterprise
Are you familiar with Corona Enterprise?
I need to extend Corona to use zXing QR barcode reader libraries so that I can scan bar codes from within a corona app.
The deliverable is a Corona Enterprise PROJECT that would have a single button in main.lua.
1) The app would detect if there's a camera (easy, native using: media.hasSource( media.Camera ) )
2) If it has the camera - call the zXing library to scan a barcode (any format zXing supports) bar code.
3) Return the raw contents of the scan back to a listener as an event. Success/Fail & Result / Reason
4) Create a text object of the raw data and show that under the button using native system font and a display.newText object.
If you are familiar with Corona, the goal is to treat the acquisition of data from zXing just like other call back functions Corona does.
CoronaLabs has 30 day trials of Corona Enterprise. You can contact them to get a trial.
Payment would be given when I am given a fully functional, compilable project in ZIP format.
When I can extract the project, build it with no errors, run it on an Android device running 2.2 or higher.
And an Apple device such as an iPhone or iPad.
When I can do taht, I will happily release payment. =)
I believe someone with familiarity of Corona, Lua, Android, iOS, ObjectiveC, should be able to do this in a matter of days or hours.
Probably easy money. Just too much for to try and figure out right now.
