We are a US company seeking the services of an experienced customer support representative (email, live chat, and phone support). We're looking to start pay $5 per hour, so this is only for high level offshore or near shore professionals. This opening will require sales and telemarketing as well (no uncomfortable cold calling, always something positive that people will want to hear).
Your English speaking, writing and comprehension must be at native or near native level, and you must be comfortable speaking with clients on the phone. You must be able to easily understand a client's needs and let him or her know about our services and prices. The basic process is: understand the need, explain our services, take an order, provide status updates as needed during projects.
We are looking for someone smart and competent. We do NOT want fake American accents; you must be able to express yourself confidently and be natural speaking with clients. You will be required to learn about our services and understand them fully, so that you can converse comfortably with clients. A manual and training to explain our services will be provided to you.
