Social Media Marketing Agency seeks a professional Social Media Optimization Manager
The SMO Manager will be responsible for developing, executing, and monitoring our client's social media platforms. This job will go to the person that has proven skills and who can prove they can write great content.
Create/Design Facebook Pages, Twitter, Linkedin, Google Plus, and Youtube accounts. All SMM accounts and website must be branded (visual and ongoing messages) No exceptions!!!!!
Coordinate and monitor SMM campaigns for effectiveness
Engage directly with users and social media moguls to increase brand awareness
Use a variety of methods to build authentic fans (will vary per client)
Create and constantly update marketing pieces including videos, blogs, and picture galleries.
Creatively keep users engaged by building a community of supporters; consistently posting content; and building brand awareness.
Create engaging content that is scheduled and posted on a daily basis.
Ensure that the benefits of our clients' products and services are clear and consistent across all social media and internet programs.
Track performance of post/tweets activity and report on effectiveness
Monitor competitive activity on the internet and social media sites, and communicate information with management or via a written report.
Provide feedback to appropriate department(s) when service issues arise in the form of messages posted on our internet and/or social media platforms.
Responsible for updating and continually revising clients' websites to meet consumer preferences for news and information.
Monitor social areas for content ideas and develop those ideas
Tracking performance of post/tweets activity and reporting on effectiveness
Adjust strategy based on performance metrics
Followers must be 100% organic. White hats. No automated software should be used to get friends. They must be AUTHENTIC.
A thorough understanding and proven implementation of web design, content creation and management in social media marketing and internet marketing.
You must have a deep passion for all things social media.
You must have a proven track record.
Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
Previous experience developing/maintaining websites and using a CMS.
Knowledge in internet marketing and advertising
Must provide examples of previous writing experience and work using “Web 2.0” platforms
Basic SEO skills preferred but not required.
