We are looking for someone to work with librarians who have expressed interest in setting up our free search service, gather necessary setup details, and make sure those details stay up-to-date. Specifically, you will:

- Respond to email inquiries regarding setting up our search service.
- Walk librarians through our admin interface and help them set up their holdings (subscription) information, network IP ranges, and other details.
- Follow up with librarians by phone and email to finish setup, update details, and report on quality of service.


- General familiarity with modern university library systems, particularly electronic journals and databases
- Experience speaking with clients by phone and working with client data
- Experience with online admin interfaces and web apps
- Familiarity with the concept of data standards and formatting and major file types (CSV, TSV, etc.)
- Competency in Excel or another spreadsheet application
- At least partial availability during standard business day in US timezones
- Fluency in English; another international language is a plus
- Experience in technical troubleshooting is a plus
